Theo is a committed and diligent senior worker on Thranix, who just can’t put up with the company’s strict rules and working conditions. He has worked there for a long time, witnessing several incidents of workers losing their sanity, if not their lives. He’s quite familiar with many of the workers and they already see him as a leader of some sort, even though workers’ unions are prohibited there. He speaks out for workers’ rights whenever he can and even started a secret union, although the union was quickly disbanded, just as fast it was formed. He has several gadgets and tools at his disposal, and is well versed with the latest technology. He listens to music almost all the time and enjoys spending time with his family. He thinks about quitting his job all the time but he knows he can’t afford to do that – his family would starve.
