Meet Mande, a young girl who has been fascinated with the world of witches and spells since she was little. She greatly admires her older sister, an elite witch, but unfortunately, Mande isn't very powerful.

Despite her lack of magical ability, Mande never gives up. She spends all day in the Great Library of Wizards, studying all the knowledge the building has to offer. Even after an omen predicts that she will go blind, Mande remains determined to improve her craft.

Despite being blind, Mande read every book in the library hoping to find a magical cure. Although she lost her sight, the library director recognized her potential and she became the guardian of the library. Mande created magical wings to reach high shelves and guided aspiring witches, earning the nickname "blind guide to the world of magic."
