A well-known thief, but he’s not dangerous or violent in any way – just the regular pickpocketing and petty thieving. He has a kind heart and also a weird personality. Sometimes he does things without any real reason. Most of the time, when Kramer steals, he eventually gives them back to people who need them more than he does. He is quite ugly and scary with his three eyeballs that usually scare children away. He is also very clumsy and forgetful and he has several stashes of stolen stuff that he doesn’t even remember exist. One time, he came across a stash of unguarded valuable and stole them for himself. Turned out he stashed them there himself some months back and was actually stealing from himself!
