Gizmo is one of Bannica’s oldest politicians. He has been involved in politics for a long time – most of his life actually – but he has never held any important position in the country. He tried for many years and after losing out in several elections, he decided he was done contesting. Now, he just sponsors other candidates and provides as much money as they need for their campaigns. In return, they remain secretly obedient to him when they eventually get elected and give him a free pass when it comes to paying taxes, acquiring properties and the likes. His source of wealth has remained a mystery for a long time, although he owns two very large farms where he grows virtually everything.
