Colby is one of El Patron’s men and he oversees one of his weapons warehouses. He has a great deal of fear of El, having witnessed what he does to people who let him down. This pushes him to be very meticulous with his work and always report everything back to El. His favorite means of transportation is an expensive bike which El got him to reward him for his loyalty. He is also very close to El and is one of the very few people who know his real identity and get to see him quite often.
